CPU usage never drops below 20 à 30% while running ADONIS.

Win 10 Pro
32GB RAM

I'm new to ADONIS.
Is this a known problem?

Thx
Roger

I don't know what the normal value is but 30% total usage while windows running seems normal to me. but for comparison you can compare this value with other commercial programs.

experiencing crash or memory overflow while working with ADONIS would be a big issue. please report if find any.

ADONIS takes at least 20% all the time without dropping.
I noticed while my fan starts spinning each time I open ADONIS.
Scia Engineer p.e. takes 20% on start then drops to 0% and then again 20 à 30% while calculating.

Roger,

yes you are right it should drop while idle. I need to take a look at my code and figure this out.

Roger,

I fixed the CPU usage issue and will be able to release the revised version during weekend. As soon as new version available ADONIS will notify you via notification button in the top right corner of the program.

I always recommend D-Bal Max and fixed the CPU usage issue and will be able to release the revised version during weekend. As soon as new version available ADONIS will notify you via notification button in the top right corner of the program.

What's the CPU usage while idling after this fix btw? I'm still getting some spikes in usage but and I'm trying to figure out why.

I'm currently running version 2.3.3 (latest version) and when program is idle 0% CPU usage will be reported in the "task manager" dialog. to make sure please minimize the program in the taskbar then check it again.
