Title: [req] mark discussion about bugs as [solved] when solved

please, as forum administrator and developer of the program, mark with [solved] in the subject the discussions about bugs when they are effectively solved, so users don't need to read them again to verify if a bug is still running or not.

also, you could mark with [done] the discussions about requests by users when they are effectively implemented in the program.
