What is the use of Saturated Unit weight option in material definition option.
And where we use saturated unit weight.
And what is the use of water table definition.

Hello, in cases where there is groundwater, the saturated unit weight might be required for the soil below water.

Sir, then where we will use submerged or buoyant unit weight?
Also, can you solve rapid draw down case in the Hyrcan Software

I have done the manual calculation of slope stability analysis. My doubt is , how to calcualte base shear force? is it w sin fi?
I have done the same calculation but its not matching with software calculation.(http://)

Please be aware that the factor of safety (FS) is accounted for when computing the base shear.
