Title: Make second set of slope limits optional

Hi Roozbeh,

Thanks for your software. I think it would be better if in the "Define slope limits" dialog box, the second set of slope limits it's not activated by default. In some cases, the FOS obtained with these second set is lower than when the option it's not activated. I think it's better for begginers.
