"EXTERNAL LIMIT does not exist" error when importing geometry from AutoCAD(Read 12047 times)
Hey,

I'm having trouble importing DXF files from AutoCAD. When I click on import the following message appears "EXTERNAL BOUNDARY doesn't exist". I also inform you that I made the geometry in polyline and closed the drawing with the closed command. If you can help me, I would appreciate it.

Hi,

As indicated, the external boundary is currently unspecified. Please name the layer as EXTERNAL and create your closed polyline within it. For the material line, use the MATERIAL layer, and so on. You can find some examples uploaded by other users here:

"You can find the names of the other layers in the help section.
