dxf import - externa boundary(Read 8730 times)

hi, i read all the threads for dxf import but still not able to load a dxf in hyrcan. i try all the type of dxf (ASCII or binary, from 2010 to 1986 version). i try three different cad software (nanocad, brickscad, qcad) and i can't import a simple goemetry for testing.

i try:
  • lines
    one polyline
    one closed polyline


please someone can help me? i attach the dxf file if it can help

Hi, as I mentioned, you need to change the layer name to EXTERNAL, which it appears hasn't been done yet. I also noticed that the polyline you created has multiple overlapping points, resulting in a zero-length line. Please check the attached DXF file, which is a cleaned-up version of your model.
